[74] Dependent on (paṭicca) a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) associated with (sampayutta) pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā), a not-root phenomenon associated with pleasant feeling arises, not by root condition (na hetu-paccayā).
