Just as the positive (anuloma), the negative (paccanīya), the positive-negative (anulomapaccanīya), and the negative-positive (paccanīyānuloma) of the question section (pañhāvāra) were counted in the wholesome triad (kusalattika), so should they be counted [here].
Internal-and-external (ajjhattabahiddhā) [phenomena] are not obtained.
