[872] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) and is invisible and impinging (anidassana-sappaṭigha) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not a root and is invisible and impinging by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); is a condition by way of mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya); is a condition by way of dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya); is a condition by way of presence condition (atthi-paccaya); is a condition by way of non-disappearance condition (avigata-paccaya).
