[1186] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not middling (na-majjhima) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha), a middling (majjhima) phenomenon that is visible and impinging (sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
