[1174] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not exalted (na-mahaggata) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha), an exalted (mahaggata) phenomenon that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
