[1194] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not unfixed (na-aniyata) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha), an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon that is visible and impinging (sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
