[703] Dependent on an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not unfixed (na-aniyata) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
