[548] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a root and accompanied by roots (hetuñceva-sahetukañca) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not both-a-root-and-rootless (na-hetuñceva-na-ahetukañca) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
