[705] Dependent on a surpassable (sa-uttara) phenomenon (dhamma) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not surpassable (na-sa-uttara) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
