[889] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is with applied thought and sustained thought (savitakkasavicāra) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not with applied thought and sustained thought (na-savitakkasavicāra) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
