[661] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with discursive thought (savicāra) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not with discursive thought (na-savicāra) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
