[891] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is without applied thought and with sustained thought only (avitakkavicāramatta) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not without applied thought and with sustained thought only (na-avitakkavicāramatta) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
