[697] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that leads out (niyyānika) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not leading out (na-niyyānika) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
