[629] Dependent on an external (bāhira) phenomenon (dhamma) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not external (na-bāhira) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
