[639] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a defilement (kilesa) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not a defilement (no-kilesa) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
