[607] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not mind (no-citta) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not a not-mind (na-no-citta) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
