[623] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
