[1325] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-conjoined-with-originated-by-and-co-arisen-with-mind (na-no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
