[1015] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-conjoined-with-originated-by-and-co-arisen-with-mind (na-no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
