[1329] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-conjoined-with-originated-by-and-following-along-with-mind (na-no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivatti) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not conjoined with, originated by, and following along with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivattī) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
