[1011] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with and originated by mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-conjoined-with-and-originated-by-mind (na-no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
