[1321] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-conjoined-with-and-originated-by-mind (na-no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not conjoined with and originated by mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
