[1019] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with, originated by, and following along with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivatti), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-conjoined-with-originated-by-and-following-along-with-mind (na-no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivatti) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
