[1310] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not originated by mind (no-cittasamuṭṭhāna) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
