[1323] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
