[1013] Dependent on a root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not conjoined with, originated by, and co-arisen with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānasahabhū) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
