[1319] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not conjoined with and originated by mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon conjoined with and originated by mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
