[997] Dependent on a root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not originated by mind (no-cittasamuṭṭhāna) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
