[1304] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not dissociated from mind (na-cittavippayutta) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon dissociated from mind (cittavippayutta) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
