[993] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) dissociated from mind (cittavippayutta), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not dissociated from mind (na-cittavippayutta) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
