[1312] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-originated-by-mind (na-no-cittasamuṭṭhāna) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not originated by mind (no-cittasamuṭṭhāna) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
