[619] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) following along with mind (cittānuparivattī) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not following along with mind (no-cittānuparivattī) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
