[625] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with, originated by, and following along with mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivattī) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not conjoined with, originated by, and following along with mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivattī) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
