[615] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not originated by mind (no-cittasamuṭṭhāna) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
