[278] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) and not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not accompanied by conflict and not invisible and non-impinging arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
