[621] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with and originated by mind (cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not conjoined with and originated by mind (no-cittasaṁsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhāna) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
