[617] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) co-arisen with mind (cittasahabhū) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon not co-arisen with mind (no-cittasahabhū) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
