[1196] Conditioned by (paccayā) a phenomenon (dhamma) that does not have the path as object (na-maggārammaṇa) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha), a phenomenon that has the path as object (maggārammaṇa) and is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
