[120] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not mind (na-citta), a phenomenon that is not mind arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not mind, a phenomenon that is not a not-mind (na-no-citta) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not mind, a phenomenon that is not mind and a phenomenon that is not a not-mind arise by root condition.
