[69] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not impinging (na-sappaṭigha), a phenomenon that is not impinging arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not impinging, a phenomenon that is not non-impinging (na-appaṭigha) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not impinging, a phenomenon that is not impinging and a phenomenon that is not non-impinging arise by root condition. [1]
