[1202] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not arisen (na-uppanna) and is not visible and impinging (na-sanidassanasappaṭigha) is a condition (paccaya) for an arisen (uppanna) phenomenon that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
