[816] A wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is unarisen (anuppanna) is a condition (paccaya) for a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not unarisen (na-anuppanna) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
