[1291] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not misapprehension (no-parāmāsa) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is misapprehension (parāmāsa) and is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
