[133] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not internal (na-ajjhattika), a phenomenon that is not internal arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): three. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not external (na-bāhira), a phenomenon that is not external arises by root condition: at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on mind (citta), internal form produced by kamma (kaṭattā-rūpa) [arises].
