[530] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is internal (ajjhatta), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not external (na-bahiddhā) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-root phenomenon that is external (bahiddhā), a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not internal (na-ajjhatta) arises by root condition.
