[1463] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a mental factor (na-cetasika) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon that is a mental factor (cetasika) and is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
