[1417] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not dissociated from roots (na-hetuvippayutta) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon dissociated from roots (hetuvippayutta) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
