[1165] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without conflict (araṇa) that is a not-root and rootless (nahetu ahetuka), a phenomenon that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) and is a not-root that is not rootless (na-hetu na-ahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
