[1154] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) that is rootless (ahetuka), a phenomenon that is not without conflict (na-araṇa) and is not rootless (na-ahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). One. Dependent on a phenomenon without conflict (araṇa) that is rootless, a phenomenon that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) and is not rootless arises by root condition. One.
