[1425] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a not-root not rootless (nahetu na-ahetuka) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon that is a not-root and rootless (nahetu ahetuka) and is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
